Dude, I've exhausted every possibility and still nothing. The app starts and I'm logged in, but every time I go to watch something, it buffers unendlessly. Wtf! My TV is connected to the internet via an ethernet cable and it works fine on my PC, which is connected to WiFi. Netflix works on my TV, so why can't Disney+???

Nope, still getting a blank background screen after app loads up and the Disney helpline was about as much use as a catflap in an elephant house. At least Netflix, amazon prime and you tube work OK, I know its an LG problem because Disney plus works fine on my ps5

Hello, I have an LG C1 and have a pixelation problem when playing Disney plus. I like to watch my movies with Dolby Vision for the best quality but receive a random pixelation mess regardless of watching in standard definition or 4K.

This only happens on Disney plus and no other apps. Is anyone else having this problem?

Some of the movie and series unable to play because no play button available at all. I can open the apps properly without any problem. Ive already updated the disney+ app version and ive also re login and re install twice, even reset the tv a few times. I can press to any channel but no play now button at all. Initially i can play all without any problem. After a while, the play now button just dissapear.

I just signed up for the Disneyplus + Hulu+ ESPN+ through an existing HULU subscription. I have two newer LG TV's with pre-loaded DISNEY+ but have been unable to log in. The required 8-digit either does not take or isn't recognized. After 5 days Disney+ tech service has not come up with a working solution. Anyone else have this problem and a solution?
